This part is the replacement light bulb for your microwave. This bulb is 125 volts and 25 watts. It should come on automatically when you open your microwave door, or if the microwave is running. If your light bulb is burnt out, it will not be able to do this, and will need to be replaced. Before you change the bulb, be sure to check that the light socket still works, as it may need to be replaced as well.
