The part was great and new as advertised. It did take almost 30 days to get to Easy Appliance (instead of 10 -15 days) before then being shipped to me, which then only took only about 3 days. The website seems to be easy enough to negotiate to find parts (if still available for older appliances). I had to call for the initial order because there was no picture on the website to make sure I was buying the correct part, even though the part # was correct. Rachael emailed a picture to me to compare my photo of the part. This was very helpful and re-assuring to make sure I was getting the correct part. Website was also helpful with some visual info to determine part locations etc..... on the appliance. This part seems to be a "Special Order" for every supplier, but was very glad to be able to purchase it here.
